Back in September 2014 we reported on the underhand tactics by EE, Vodafone and O2 which lead to the loss of more than 5,500 jobs and the destruction of a profitable UK company.

Support our campaign and help bring a small amount of justice to the thousands who lost their jobs #Justice4U.

A £130m legal showdown is looming over claims British Mobile companies colluded to sink Phones 4U.

PwC, administrators of the High Street phone retailer which went bust four years ago, are looking into whether O2, EE and Vodafone co-ordinated moves to end contracts with the chain in a bid to force it out of the market.

Lawyers have been hired to investigate and £128.6m is also being held in reserve to fight potential court battles.

Of course all three networks deny suggestions they colluded, the fact Phones4U’s deals with O2, Vodafone and EE all were not renewed around the same time.

Perhaps Phones4U generating masses of sales for each network and having a very healthy business just didn’t make solid business sense to all 3 networks at that time!
